About IBUW

We're not a real union. We wish we were — the coffee's probably better.

IBUW stands for the International Brotherhood of Underpaid Workers. Local #13, chapter status: recruiting, dues: none, because we don't believe in them any more than you do.

This started as a joke about every job site, every "team meeting that could've been an email," every "we're like a family here" that definitely does not come with benefits. If you've ever clocked in hungover, clocked out sore, and gone back the next day anyway — congratulations, you already qualify for membership. No application needed. No dues collected. Just gear for people who show up when it would be so much easier not to.

Our mascot is Chub — a possum who plays dead to get out of work, eats out of the dumpster, and somehow still outworks half the crew. He's on our side. Mostly.

Everything we make is designed around actual trade humor — crude, a little mean, occasionally too accurate. If you've ever wanted a shirt that says what you're actually thinking during a 6 AM shift, that's the whole business plan.
