SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME
All IBUW gear is printed to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for
production before your order ships. This is separate from shipping transit
time below.

SHIPPING TIMES (after production)
- Domestic (United States): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-20 business days, varies by destination

Total time from order to delivery is typically production time plus shipping
time above. Delays can occur during high-volume periods (holidays, new
launches) — we'll do our best to communicate any known delays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order
size.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking
information. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking
information to update.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive
at different times, since items may be produced at different fulfillment
locations.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package
appears lost, contact us at logan@wearibuw.com and we'll help track it down
or arrange a replacement.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not
responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll
do what we can to help resolve it if you catch it quickly after ordering.
